HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Depending on the number of orders placed in front of you and stock availability, it may take up to 14 business days for your order to be processed. 

The delivery time for standard shipping is dependent on the freight carriers (Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT, Team Global Express Standard) and typically takes between 1 to 7+ business days from the date of dispatch from the warehouse.

IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS?

International shipping is currently only available to New Zealand.

This is due to increasing restrictions, import duties, taxes and fees imposed by destination countries, we have made the decision to temporarily cease shipping to all other international destinations until further notice.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Yes you will. The Tracking details will be emailed to you once your Order has been dispated.
